TRAINING

Ridgeway training is highly engaging, interactive, practical and pragmatic. Our experienced facilitators are credible, enthusiastic, inspiring and results focused. They have been selected primarily for their combination of strong presentation skills and business acumen. Their effectiveness in learning and development is built upon practical corporate experience of a variety of different roles including management, senior management and director level. Our methodology typically is a blend of instructor led sessions, small group work, coaching pairs, videos, real play, skill drills with coaching and feedback.

COACHING

Ridgeway executive coaching is results focused, pragmatic, practical and aimed at helping individuals make significant changes in their business lives that deliver desired outcomes.

Coaching programmes start by establishing a ‘coaching contract’ clarifying exactly what the leader or senior manager wants to achieve and expects from the coach. The individual sessions are designed to flex around the individual’s needs and objectives, as well as the business’ wider requirements.
